I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by United Asphalt Services. We had scheduled an appointment for them to work on my driveway, and on the day of the appointment, the owner contacted me, saying he was waiting to get asphalt and would be running late. Three hours later, he informed me that they could not obtain the asphalt despite this initial communication. So he asked if he could do it sometime next week. I tried to be understanding and asked to reschedule the appointment. Unfortunately, my calls and messages through the app were met with complete silence ever since. Not only did we prepare the entire area for the work, but we also canceled our plans for the day to accommodate their schedule. This lack of communication and follow-through is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We were left with an unprepared driveway and wasted time without indicating when or if the job would be completed. The owner’s failure to communicate effectively and the lack of reliability from United Asphalt Device Company is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere for their asphalt needs. The unprofessionalism and poor customer service we experienced were beyond disappointing. Beware of committing your time and resources to this company, as they do not seem to value their customers or uphold their commitments.
