When I complete a plumbing job for a customer and they thank me, tell me how appreciative they are, and how surprised when they see what the job cost them thinking it was going to be a lot more. For years I have heard stories about plumbers ripping customers off, or charging outrageous prices, or when plumbers take advantage of a customer that don't have a clue on what the job at hand is worth. Those stories make plumbers 'good' plumbers look bad. Plumbing is expensive enough to the customer. At WS Plumbing the customer comes first, and the customer is always right, even if they are wrong.
