    Good Choice
Phil is a great resource, he has a fantastic attitude to get the job done. His ability and work ethics gives him the "can do" approach to complete the project. We had a very tight schedule and he ensured the work was done and ready for the next trade to start their work on time. I would highly recommend Phil.

Nailman converted a room in my house into a new bedroom for me. They also installed a new bathroom, a cedar lined closet and laid 2 new wood floors. Their work was done quickly, efficiently and best of all they cleaned up after themselves as they worked. It was done in record time and I am very please with their work. Priscilla, Weymouth, MA

He put together my new home, Modular type. Did a very fast and great job .Also built us a 12x12 deck and did a very good job. He installed the septic system also. I would have Phil build us a new home again if we needed a home built.

Q&A

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every Year I attend the light construction conference in Providence RI for 3-5 days. I attend numerous seminars while there on just about every subject you can think about from safety issues & lead paint rules to new product introductions and building code reviews. This is just one way we keep up with all the changing trends in the building trades
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'v always had building things in my blood. When I was in first grade they were building new homes all around my neighborhood & I was always watching the workmen. Whenever I got a chance I would take scraps from the trash piles and build things with whatever i could scavenge. Years later, I was always building tree houses in my back yard & when they were done, I would tear it down and build a better one in its place. Once i even built one that was 3 stories tall!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always check for proper license & insurance. Don't be afraid to ask for and check out refrences. Talk with the people that will be doing the work on your home & make sure you are comfortable with them, they will be interacting with you and your family for the full duration of your project.
