What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates vary due to the size of the class and materials needed. Upon receiving a course request with the attendance size, a quote can be created for the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I follow the American Heart Association guidelines for each course. My classes are also designed to the needs of the students.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an Emergency Medical Technician since 1992. I also have over twenty years of teaching EMS, Health, and Safety Couses. Continuing education is also important to stay current with new standards.
