Renovate upstairs of my house into an apartment. My house is 200 years old. There were many surprises that were uncovered as the work was performed, resulting in a lot of additional work and numerous headaches. Jeff never ceased to amaze me with his ability to evaluate, adapt, and resolve problems. He and his assistant Bob, did a great job, never cutting any corners. They were completely thorough in cleaning up at the end of every day. They also performed a multitude of other projects including installing an exterior, steel spiral staircase and creating a beautiful set of steps out of old cobblestones at the entry of the house. I highly recommend Jeff.

We hired Jeff to help us rebuild our front stairs. The original builders had neither used pressure treated wood, nor painted the wood with anything more than primer, and so there was a good deal of deterioration. Jeff suggested we reinstall the risers with composite, so we don’t run into this problem in the future. The work was done on time and budget, Jeff did a good job of keeping in touch with us between the estimate and the work, and we’re pleased with the results. We’d hire Jeff again.

Thu 8:49 AM Jeff was the first to respond to my request on Thumbtack for a carpenter in the Rockport MA area. He was easy to communicate with and was prompt in any meeting time or email communications we needed. The estimate was clear and we felt reasonable. Meet with my customer, find out what the needs and wants are, develop a plan and price, revise that as many times as needed to ensure the work is what the customer expects.

Recent 10 hour CSL course, attending trade shows each year, manufacturer sponsored courses, I also constantly talk to and meet with suppliers and peers.
