Oswaldo is amazing. We had water damage in 5 different rooms, each with a different plaster texture. In one room a bunch of the plaster had come down. Also we had a chase that needed some carpentry and built out. He came in with one more guy and they did it all in a day. Very clean and professional look, and matches the existing textures (swirl in one room, popcorn in another) perfectly. His price was unbeatable by far. Seriously, if you can get him, look no further. Left the whole house clean, and this was a painful job because had to traverse so many rooms and several floors. He did more than I asked and was wilking to tell my his secrets in case I want to do some myself. After seeing hiw much work it is, I'll leave it to the pros.

Oswaldo did a nice job. I had some old horsehair plaster in a 100-year-old ceiling starting to cave in, and he patched it up nicely.
