- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know you may be comparing a few quotes. Unlike other companies, our quotes include labor, materials, and supplies, as well as prep, cleanup, and top-quality work. That said, we do try our best to match prices. Let us know if you receive a similar proposal at a lower price and we'll see what we can do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you get in touch, it's helpful to include as many details as possible - dimensions, condition, number of rooms, and anything else we need to know. Photos and videos are also very helpful. From there, we'll work with you to suggest brands, colors, finishes and anything else you might need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first job was actually in glass cutting, repair, and installation! That's where I learned to be careful and precise. Since then, I've worked in a number of small businesses as well as restoring my triple decker in Roslindale. I'm now excited to have the flexibility of operating my own business.
