- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An email or easy phone call to figure out likes/ dislikes, allergies or aversions that you have going in. What your looking to gain from the experience so it can be what you want. Ask about what you are comfortable with in the kitchen because everyone had their strengths and weaknesses. What kind of kitchen and equipment do we have to work with or can I provide because that varies too. From there we can meet in person for a face to face or just move forward.
