I hired Killen time to fix my 12-year-old exercise bike. I have never dealt with such an excellent operation in my life. Not only is my bike as good as new again, but he was also superb in every way to deal with. He responded to my inquiry within a few minutes, arrived on time, and did the job for a great price. It is refreshing to know there are still people you can call that know what they are doing, are trustworthy, and are genuinely there to solve your problem. Brady disassembled our exercise equipment (a smith machine) for our move. He worked very carefully and thoughtfully and even took pictures along the way so we would understand what parts belong where for reassembly. He was very professional, kind, on time, and even impressive in the way he methodically works. We highly recommend Brady!

I wish I could select all of the criteria for the things I liked about Killen. He was on time, kept in contact, was responsive very quickly, and was very professional. He did the work, and then made sure it worked after putting all back together and before leaving. He was also friendly and happy to answer questions about what he was doing and why. I would work with him again in a heartbeat.
