With Rafael’s knowledge, expertise and only simple drawings provided by a designer, he made my vision a reality. I’m not kidding! There was very little information provided in the drawings (attached). He installed a beautiful new Thera-Tru door, and Anderson slider. The trim around the slider was removed and reinstalled without damaging the plaster-no need to touch up plaster or paint. I was amazed! Rafael custom-built the window pergolas out of red cedar. The stairs were completely replaced and concrete footings poured (none there when the house was built). Entrance, columns, stairs and first floor windows trimmed in PVC. Rafael installed Zuri decking with wrapped edges. I am repainting the front of the house myself. Sorry, I don’t have a photo to share showing this project done 100%. But I did include a photo of the mess before the project started. Quite a transformation. There’s not a person that walks by and doesn’t pay us a complement. The front of my house is truly transformed! I want to thank Rafael and his team for an amazing job well done in a very short period of time and at a reasonable price. I hope to have him back next year for a bathroom renovation and a pool deck repair. 👍🏻

Rafael and his team were amazing! Rafael responded to my inquiry quickly and within a week was able to come to our home for an estimate. His team was available within 3 days of us getting the estimate and agreeing to move forward. They replaced a load-bearing beam in our kitchen, and were able to recess it up into the ceiling completely. They finished everything in 5 hours and cleaned up! Overall very satisfied, and plan to work with Rafael again on a few more projects in our home.
