I live in a small, multi-unit condo association in a historic neighborhood, and John Tacey has completed numerous projects both in my building and in my unit—from rebuilding a foundation wall and a fence to installing a chimney cap and a microwave. He has a breadth of skills, and his experience and knowledge are wide-ranging.
John is also responsive and cognizant about addressing the priorities of multiple owners as well as requirements that may be applicable within our historic district. I’ve also appreciated his ability to think “outside the box” and explain options and concerns in easy-to-understand terms.
