I contacted JCG on a Thursday afternoon, hoping for Friday service to install a kitchen faucet. Jesse replied to my request on Thumbtack within an hour of posting, and we were able to arrange service shortly after. The next day before 1pm, I had a new faucet installed. A huge relief!

I am guessing that I have totalled about $6000 or $7000 over the past five or so years with Jessie, but I have used him a lot! We have redone 2 bathrooms (starting the third soon), a Kitchen, removed & re-installed radiators, and will be having him replace the main stack in our house within the next few months - You name it & we have called him for it. Jessie has always done a great job for us, shows up on time, cleans up afterwards, and is very fair when it comes to what he charges. He made a big impression several years ago when we called him to install a line for our ice maker for a new fridge. He originally quoted us $150 over the phone, and when he got here, he said it had taken him less time than he had thought so he ended up charging us $125. I had never heard of a plumber charging less than the original quote. From that point on, he has been our go-to guy because he does consistently solid work and I feel like I can trust that his charges are fair and reasonable.

I give an estimate before starting any job large or small. also unlike other companies my estimate does not change at the end of the job.

Ma. state plumbing and gas fitting license, universal cfc license, ma. state pipe fitters license, formerly a facilities manager for approx 2 million square ft of Comercial downtown boston Real Estate .
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father and grandfather where in the field so I continued the tradition.
