Admittedly, I have high expectations of the professionals that I work with. And Chloe did not disappoint. Awesome work she did on my makeup! Phenomenal on my eyes and her brand of lipstick was on fire!!!! I am a firm believer that if you look good, you feel good and Chloe made that possible. I have already booked her again for next month.
