Tom went above and beyond what I had originally asked of him, not only finding the original issue, but pointing out additional things that might need replacing or changing to work with my current pc specs and helping me find affordable ways to address them like refurbished parts or a screen to catch massive dust buildup. My son tried to fix his computer himself but fell short. Tom answered my inquiry right away, even though it was a holiday weekend & schduled w us right away. He was efficient, personable, prompt, proffessional & the cost didn't break the bank. He even took the time to explain what went wrong & how he was fixing it to my curious son. My son is autistic & very to himself normally, but felt comfortable enough around Tom to talk to him even though he had never met him, which is not usually like my son. That goes to show Tom's charachter & personality is warm & kind. My son's pc is now fixed & he is one happy young man.
