Tom got an old (almost 6 years) Macbook Pro of mine to turn on, but the display and keyboard still need repair, which is beyond Tom's capability. Tom sent me a another place, which I called. When I receive the computer from Tom, I will try the other place, which is local. Tom was remote; we interacted via text message.
