A realtor had recommended Premier Basement Waterproofing to fix our damp basement. When we shared pix and discussed the situation, they said Ian of Solid Rock Foundation had the expertise to handle that specific issue. We made the call and Ian came over in about two hours!!! He finished his morning client and then solved our issue that afternoon—for a very reasonable price. Hydraulic cement was the solution. And if it would not have sufficed, Ian is well connected and had other specialists to refer. Nice guy, capable, lots of integrity. Can’t rate Solid Rock Foundation highly enough!
