The he technicians were great! They replaced the entire HVAC system in my unit and were very careful when moving the equipment throughout the house. They left everything clean and working perfectly.Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. For service calls that obtain to equipment not working there is a $99 service and if work is performed that $99 service gets waived.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to discuss the project VIA phone call to get an idea of what the project or issues obtain to and then set up a time and date to come out and go over our options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Refrigerant licenses, EPA certifications, training's throughout a number of different equipment brands, Mass Save certified, Sheet metal licenses.
