We strive to be fair and competitive with our pricing. Sometimes we are higher, but you get what you pay for. Our prices, unlike the competition, includes prespray, deodorizer and disinfectant, and basic stain products. Also, we offer a 10% discount off all services for military, first responders and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most residential work, we ask questions over the phone, give an estimate, and when we arrive, we can adjust pricing if needed. Almost 90% of the time, the price will not change. For Commercial work, we usually come on site, review the work to be done, then write up and send a formal estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we continually learn from our company that sells us our equipment. They offer us online, telephone and annual in classsroom support to stay up to date with fabric maintenance, stain removal techniques and cleaning knowledge.
