I signed up for this site for lawn mowing/trimming services and received a response from Michael and arranged for a time for him to come by my property for an estimate. I double checked with him if my address was in the area that he serviced and he said that it was. After texting Michael we arranged for a time for him to come and look at the yard and give me a quote - which was 9:00am. I waited around in the morning for him and at 9:30 he sends me a message saying sorry he couldn't make it but he would come by in the afternoon. I then asked him what time with no response. He never called or texted after that an never showed. Again, he knew the area and the address and If he wasn't interested in the service or the area then he should never have responded as being available. This is the second "Pro" that I have reached out to on this site that was an absolute no-show. A huge waste of time for me and very unprofessional. I will not be using this site again.

Reached out for his services and got an automated reply to text him which I did. Three days passed with no word from him so I suggest you spend your efforts elsewhere.
