- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour. If a customer has a certain budget in mind I will always respect that and make sure I dont exceed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to initially speak via email or a phone call to get a gauge of what the project entails, and the customers expectations. Does the customer want me to bring in storage items (not included in hourly price) or to use what they already have. Does the customer want to be involved in the process? Are there items that need to be thrown out/donated? I like to ask all these questions before so when I get to the home, I can quickly get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been organizing for years and although I have had no formal training, I have many years of experience working for many different customers.
