I know that no one likes a stranger coming into their house for any reason, so let me introduce myself to you. My name is Joseph DePietro, I grew up in Saugus, Ma and graduated from Malden Catholic High School. I enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2007 and did two deployments, one to Iraq and one to Afghanistan. I’m a third generation licensed plumber with over 20 years experience, and my family has been taking care of the plumbing needs of the north shore for over 50 years.

Joey from LAE Plumbing did an outstanding job servicing two of my mom’s Navien hot water heaters and restoring heat and hot water to one of the units. He started working on the job within hours of contacting him. He quickly diagnosed a defective part I had purchased elsewhere and he returned after hours on his own time to replace it. He also replaced my dad’s tenant's 40-gallon hot water heater on a moments notice on a Sunday night, restoring heat and hot water within no time and did an excellent job cleaning up and deposing of everything. We are very happy and grateful, and plan to continue using Joey’s services.
