Rob not only crafted the most beautiful deck for our pool, he was also able to help lift us out of a difficult situation. We were so fortunate to find Rob working on a huge multi-point project next door when we were midst a pit of disaster. We already had build in-progress with our “previous” contractor who built us a deck that we were told had to be torn down (per the building inspector due to several code violations). We were $8,500 in the hole with the previous (in-progress) build and thinking of starting over was so disheartening and something we really considered against. But, after meeting and talking with Rob we knew we had found “the guy”. He left us with more than an estimate, he left us with confidence. Although the estimate came out to be more than we ever wanted to spend on a deck (on top of what we had already spent), there was a clear difference in what he was bringing to the table. We could not have been more relieved to sign on with Signature Series. Rob took over our project and he arranged everything - we didn’t have a thing to worry about! As I am an over communicator, not many people ever meet and rarely exceed my expectations - but he did! His communication is far beyond what I had ever expected. We never had to wonder if he and his team would show up, we never had to wonder about when materials would be delivered, and we never had to ask a bunch of questions because he never left us guessing..but if we did have a question he was quick to respond! Most importantly, we never had to manage anything throughout the process - but we were always welcomed to share our thoughts along the way and provide our input with the finer details. Rob, his team, and the build they created helped us forget all about the situation we were in. We could not be more impressed with every aspect of Signature Series and they will be our only choice with all of our large home projects from here on out. Home builds/projects are expensive and we want to get the best for the money we spend - if you want to feel like you are going into something big making the right decision for you and your home, just hire the right guy the first time - call Signature Series.

We are so lucky to have found Rob to assist with our deck renovation project! After getting a few different quotes and meeting with various contractors, we had a gut feeling that Rob would be the right person to work with, and we were not wrong! Rob was a dream to work with. He was always very quick and thorough with his communication, which is very rare to find in a contractor. He was hardworking and always pushing to get the work done on time. There were times he was out there in the freezing cold trying to make sure our project kept progressing. It was amazing! There were no hidden surprises at the end of the project with price. He stuck exactly to his original quote, which was really refreshing. We really appreciated the full transparency and clarity throughout the entire project. Rob also had an incredible eye for design. We really didn't have a "vision" when it came to our deck renovation. Rob had so many incredible design ideas for us, and we gave him our complete trust to execute his vision. We are so glad that we listened and trusted him because we absolutely love how it ended up looking. We have gotten so many compliments on how incredible the new deck and shed addition look! When we went to list our house on the market, multiple people who put offers on the house had mentioned how impressed they were with the deck/shed renovation. It ended up being a huge selling point of our house, and we believe that the quality of Rob's work was very obvious to anyone visiting the house. We have recommended Rob to many of our friends who have all had very similar experiences working with him. 100% would recommend!!!

Rob was incredible in building our portico, replacing roof and installing a new big window. He was very responsive throughout the whole process and listened to any questions we had. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were amazing. He has a great eye for design and helped design the portico exactly the way we wanted it. In designing he gave us suggestions, which we went with and turned out great! His crew was also very clean and respectful of my home, something which is very difficult to find today. There is more major reno work I want to do on my house in the next few years and Rob will always be my first call!

My experience with Signature Series Construction has been nothing but top notch. The quality and care that Rob takes in setting up the job, keeping things on track and delivering high quality work is truly amazing. He is honest, straight forward, caring and the work he does is perfect. He and team built a beautiful deck for us, resided our house, reshingled our roof and rebuilt our front entryway. The house has been transformed and looks better than we ever could have hoped. These guys work early and fast, they keep things clean, orderly and consistently over deliver. I highly recommend using Signature Series!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be flexible with weather delays and budgets. Have a contingency budget set aside for your project incase you want to add or change things. Price is what it cost, budget is what you have to spend. Be mindful of the difference and be willing to compromise.
