We hired Rob Zeuli and his team at Signature Series Construction for what became an expansive, five-month renovation of our 1948 brick colonial (November 2024 - March 2025). We are thrilled with the outcome and would absolutely hire Rob again. The project completely changed how we live in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the final result.The scope of our project grew significantly as we went, and Rob was incredibly flexible and adaptable to our (the homeowners') constant changes. The final project included an attic conversion with dormer, second floor laundry room, second floor bathroom, new wired smoke detectors and electrical, and a ton of finishing including paint and flooring.The most important qualities in a contractor are trustworthiness and communication, and Rob excels at both. He is reliable, responsive (always quick to reply via text, email, or call), and simply does what he says he's going to do. He and his team were a pleasure to have in our home, even with our kids around. The project cost was significant, and we appreciated that Rob was completely transparent with his pricing model.To Rob's immense credit, he never shied away from a challenge. When he wasn't 100% sure of the "right" way to tackle something, he would do his research to find the best solution. He also showed a strong commitment to meeting our high-quality expectations, even when it meant re-doing work and eating some of the cost on his end to get it right. This commitment to quality and problem-solving is exactly what you want in a GC.The transformation of our home is incredible. Rob was a true partner in the process, and we will absolutely be hiring Signature Series Construction for our future projects.

We have been very pleased with the work that Rob and his team did to turn one large basement room into two beautifully finished rooms. Throughout the project he was incredibly quick to respond and demonstrated professionalism, craftsmanship and caring. He was punctual and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the project. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

Rob was incredible in building our portico, replacing roof and installing a new big window. He was very responsive throughout the whole process and listened to any questions we had. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were amazing. He has a great eye for design and helped design the portico exactly the way we wanted it. In designing he gave us suggestions, which we went with and turned out great! His crew was also very clean and respectful of my home, something which is very difficult to find today. There is more major reno work I want to do on my house in the next few years and Rob will always be my first call!

We are so lucky to have found Rob to assist with our deck renovation project! After getting a few different quotes and meeting with various contractors, we had a gut feeling that Rob would be the right person to work with, and we were not wrong!
Rob was a dream to work with. He was always very quick and thorough with his communication, which is very rare to find in a contractor. He was hardworking and always pushing to get the work done on time. There were times he was out there in the freezing cold trying to make sure our project kept progressing. It was amazing! There were no hidden surprises at the end of the project with price. He stuck exactly to his original quote, which was really refreshing. We really appreciated the full transparency and clarity throughout the entire project.
Rob also had an incredible eye for design. We really didn't have a "vision" when it came to our deck renovation. Rob had so many incredible design ideas for us, and we gave him our complete trust to execute his vision. We are so glad that we listened and trusted him because we absolutely love how it ended up looking. We have gotten so many compliments on how incredible the new deck and shed addition look!
When we went to list our house on the market, multiple people who put offers on the house had mentioned how impressed they were with the deck/shed renovation. It ended up being a huge selling point of our house, and we believe that the quality of Rob's work was very obvious to anyone visiting the house.
We have recommended Rob to many of our friends who have all had very similar experiences working with him. 100% would recommend!!!
