They responded right away to my request and sent two guys within hours. They were both very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, they could not fix the issue with our radiator but they did run the electricity needed from our new Nest thermostat to our boiler. Problem is, they installed the Nest right on top of a steam pipe so the thing reads 80 degrees when it’s 64 in the house. I’ve called them back twice asking them to come move it and am basically being given lip service now. So, I guess I should be happy that I paid $235 for wiring to be run but now I have to move the wiring, the thermostat, and patch the holes in my wall. Ya’d think those HVAC guys would have noticed that steam pipe while they were running the wiring right next to it!?!

I had A leak in my ductless system and I called family communications they came right out identified the leak fixed it and now my heat is working better than it ever has

If you need a mess and unfinished jobs, go for them. They started the work just fine, did some good job. But left abruptly in between after collecting 100 percent payment. Stopped reverting on calls.
