FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I price my jobs out very fairly, and always put my best foot forward with pricing. Also my proposals are very detailed so that there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer would be to typically schedule a first meeting to find out what their goals and ideas are. I listen very carefully to my customers in order to envision their ideas/wants. I then would set up a proposal with the materials and labor of choice as well as guide my customer from experience if I believe that I can add value to what their vision is. I then would set up a timeline on how the job would be started, managed and completed. I firmly believe in being very thorough with respect to expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years in the construction industry, and recently my CSL Construction Supervisor License. I also attend many trade shows throughout the year in order to stay up with all of the new building materials that are out there. I also make it a point to attend local trade workshops several times a year.
