Patrick did a great job of being transparent up front and set the right expectations. He was punctual walked us through what was causing the drain, how he fixed it and what we can do ourselves should it happen again. He also offered us a 90 day guarantee on his work which we appreciated since the last time we had it cleared the clog came back within 2 weeks (a different pro did our initial clearing and did not respond when we said it had returned...). He is thoughtful, professional and has integrity. Most importantly, he got the job done quickly. Hire him!
