Its extremely rare where you can talk to the owner of a company now a days to discuss what work you need done. Its even rarer for the owner to come out same day to look it over and give you an estimate and ideas for options. To top it off, Nick came out a couple days later and did our venting and install of a microwave over the kitchen stove. He also caught a couple other things that were damaged from prior work we had done on the house and fixed it on the spot. Cant say enough great things about this company. If you need HVAC or electrical work done you are crazy not to go with them

FEC came out on Sunday morning and not only fixed the problem (half the house had no electricity) they came in under their estimate. Problem solved.
