He pulled city permits very quickly, was early waiting for me to show up to the job site, kept me in the loop of all the progress, proposed new ideas and better long term outcomes, got all premits approved we city inspector once the work was completed, and his prices were fenomenal. Was the better choice of all the quotes I had received. Highly recommend. Would work with him again.
