- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are affordable and comptitve. You can save hundreds or thousands of dollars with a number of different discounts that we offer. The most popular discount is the "First Time Customer Discount". You can save up to 15 percent of the total price. We also have the "Competitive Discount". Were we will match a price from an other fully licensed and insured electrical contractor. We also, have many other discounts that we offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process when dealling with new customers, starts off with building a relationship and trust with them. We will reassure them that they are in great hands. We then remind them of the importance of doing the job correctly. We will educate them and help bring solutions to any realted problems they have. When someone is spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on a project, they should know what the money is going towards. We break the job down into small details on paper so they can see what is involved in the job. Next we will give them our, "first time customer discount" which can save them hundreds or thousands of dollars. Finally, we will sign a contract. The contract is for their benefit and ours. You should never get involved in a project without a signed contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I teach night classes at the local technical high school. The classes I teach are the electrical journeymans classes, code review classes and a basic homeowners class. I have to be up to date with all new codes and regulations and very knowledgeable with the National Electrical Code (NEC). cl I also have 5Years of technical training, 4 Years of college, and years of reading about the industry.
