Jean was an absolute lifesaver for us. We were thousands of miles away and our water heater stopped working, so our tenants had no hot water. I messaged Jean on Saturday evening and he was able to come Sunday morning and installed a new water heater and hauled away our old one for a very fair price. He also looked around and found issues with my steam boiler.
Another time I was helping my neighbor with a failed valve on his water heater and Jean gave us very helpful advice and we were able to fix the problem by ourselves. Every time I contact him, he responds promptly within minutes. This guy is the professional that all professionals should aspire to be.
