- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary and will reflect any prep work needed to insure my high quality standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I will have a telephone conversation and set up a time to meet the client at his or her property. I will arrive on time and discuss the client's needs and color scheme choices. I will then take measurements of the area(s) to be addressed and give a ballpark estimate. I will give a final estimate within 24 hours, after having calculated exact costs in relation to area(s) involved and coats needed for coverage. All quotes are negotiable within reason.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended many industry driven seminars and technique training sessions. I am affiliated with the major companies, Benjamin Moore, Sherwin/Williams etc. and keep current with industry literature and color trends.
