Very quick response to my request and questions. Our condo is requiring COI for all repairs. They can provide it quickly and follow our condo instructions. After commute with the worker, the worker started right away and finish in half day.

We chose LMR for their incredibly competitive pricing; for the price, they did excellent work. It wasn’t flawless but we were able to touch-up the small areas that had been missed and it was no big deal. I would hire them again and I would make sure I’m communicating more with the person performing the work
