I hired Rafael for late night transportation from Boston Logan Airport to Bedford, and the experience was absolutely first class from start to finish! Rafael was extremely professional, punctual, and communicative throughout the entire process. From setting up the limo service to coordinating the on-site pick up I really appreciated his proactive communication. His vehicle was top-notch – spotless comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Added to that his top notch look and all manner of engaging me as his customer were all highly professional. Rafael was incredible. You can only pick 3 of why you chose 5 stars but his quality of work ( driving) and value were great. We didn't do a thing. He took care of our bags, opened the drops, had snacks and water. Asked us about music, air, windows up or down, and so friendly . From A-Z . He's on my speed dial

There are no words to say how happy we were with Raphael’s service! He is extremely professional, the vehicle is meticulously taken care of! The door to door service is worth its weight in gold! Arriving in Boston Logan was extremely intimidating but seeing Raphael waiting for us at the door took all out worries and anxiety away!!
