About
Invector Properties practices the golden rule..."Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." We begun managing our own units in 2009, and then decided to provide management services to others. We care for every property we manage as it if it was our own.
Everything, really! But we enjoy knowing when landlords and condo associations say their expenses are decreasing while their reserves increase; and, when tenants don't want to move out because we are very responsive to their needs/concerns.

I hired Invector Properties about 5months ago after finding out about them on thumstack to manage my 3 unit building in Lynn and within a short period they basically turned things around. Cleaned up the surroundings, removed the tenants that were destroying the property, increased my profitability by at least 15%. I can't say enough about them. They treat your property like it's their own and are very professional. I already recommended them to my sister. These guys are good.

InVector Properties has shown outstanding ability to resolve problems, provide maintenance and make improvements at Riverside Condominium. They have taken care of Riverside Condominium as though it was their own property and have provided higher quality service at a more affordable price than our previous management company.

Excellent team! Responsive to our needs. Experienced in almost all aspects of real estate management. For areas not directly managed by Invector, Nadia was direct and fortright and interfaced with other networked groups who provided a seamless tag-team and much less brain-racking. When we we're trying to find someone to rent our house in Lynn and were moving to a city two hours away, Invector did an amazing job of screening perspective tenants. They found us a great family to rent our house and did a fantastic job of maintaining our property. I highly recommend Invector to anyone.
