Hi - I'm a MA licensed construction supervisor (CSL) as well have broker and appraisal licenses. I partner with fix/flip investors and homeowners to pull permits for construction - developing them to be in control of the construction process. Also have access to engineers, draftspeople, and architects for producing plans. I'm interested in gut renovations, additions, and ground-up development of single and multifamily. My primary role is to source deals for fix and flip investors and those growing landlord portfolios.
