- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the intricacy of the return. As a new customer you automatically receive a 10% discount and if you taxes were prepared professionally in the past you will not pay more than you did the previous year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients initially an interview is conducted to discuss your tax situation and to determine what is needed. Then a tax organizer is sent to the client that covers all aspects of taxes and is used to assist in completing the return. Once the return is completed we review it with the client before submitting to the IRS.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 26 years experience in taxes and consulting we have the experience to assist you in all your tax needs. As an Enrolled Agent of the IRS he has the expertise and credentialing to handle any tax situation.
