Introduction: My main goal as a Personal Trainer with a background in Culinary Nutrition is to create a blend of fitness & food that is sustainable and enjoyable for my clients. Having this unique background allowed me to have experienced how to make delicious dishes without the extra calories. In addition to this calculated approach on food, every client has unique physical differences that call for specific programming in training as well as rest days. I cut no corners when approaching my clients goals because at the end of the day I want this to be a lifestyle change they make for the better and actually enjoy it. If I could have selected all 5 attributes for Angelo I would have. He is one of the kindest, knowledgeable, and talented people I have met. Angelo and I started working together after another trainer I was working with left our gym, and he had zero problem jumping right into my routine without missing a step. I can't speak enough to his dedication to making sure that the workouts he designs for his clients are not only fun but also extremely tiring and worthwhile. He is someone who will challenge you - pushing you to reach heights you didn't know were possible - and then you also want to grab a beer with him even though he put you through one of the most punishing workouts of your life. I cannot recommend Angelo enough.

Angelo is the first trainer I've had more than the number of free sessions the gym will give you. I was recovering from a long back injury and really needed to start slow but was very anxious and committed to get back to something approaching normal. Angelo did exactly that, and I am in significantly better shape than I ever was before the back injury. He has a really wide variety of exercises at the ready, and plots a course through them that is achievable but challenging.
