I have been working with wood for over half of my life. From high-school shop class to architecture and design school to working professionally. I work with a mix of power tools and hand tools, so I am able to slow down and focus on the details of each individual project. I love thinking through design solutions for clients, puzzling out how the joinery will work, and seeing a finished project come together. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all comes down to time. The more intricate the project and longer build time will raise the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to exchange pictures, sketches, and 3d models as we discuss the appearance and the process of the project. I like to photo document the build, from start to finish, and provide updates as we go.
