Robert was very professional and came earlier than excepted. I needed him to do a full pest/insect inspection for a house that I am demoing. Wrote a letter to my town and I'm able to submit all my paper work next day. I'm a happy camper.

After detecting some bug activity in my basement, I contacted 2 major companies that told me that I have post powder beetles and it needed to be treated soon.
After hearing their huge estimates, I decided to read some of their reviews, that scared me even more than the post powder beetles. Such horrible reviews that I would pay not to have them in my house.
So I decided to keep up my research until I found I.T.S. Pest & Wild Life Control.
They not only have the best price, but also they are very professional with strong work ethics.
Yes, I finally found "the guy", that can take care of the bugs, spiders and ants when spring comes, for a great price with work guaranty.

ITS Pest & Wildlife was knowledgeable and handled my problem of spiders and carpenter ants with professionalism. A week after treating my condo, Robert Carter called to ensure the problem had been solved and I was satisfied, indicating he would come back free of charge if I wasn't. (This wasn't necessary though.) I highly recommend ITS Pest & Wildlife.

Robert worked with my schedule and was able to get out to home to spray almost right away. He spoke to my wife and got right to work. I'm happy to say that the yellow jackets in aluminum siding are gone! What took 3-4 cans of non-effective bug spray over four weeks was taken care of Robert in one hour. I would highly recommend Robert for your pest control issues.
