Introduction: I have 30 + years of experience training service dogs specializing in dogs that help folks with Balance, PTSD & Anxiety& Depression.I can assist with dogs with behavior issues, leash walking, excessive barking, nervius/anxious behavior, fear of infants,toddlers & small children to name a few. I also have a well behaved pack to assist me in train proper dog on dog behavior. I love working with dogs. Ive done it most of my life and I wouldn't have life any other way. I also really enjoy education of the humans. I love the "Ah-Ha" moments when a human gets how to help & assist their own dog. I just can't get enough of happy dogs & happy humans.

The first moment I met Jennifer I knew she was the perfect trainer for my smart, over excitable, stubborn 2 year old labradoodle. Ollie stayed with Jennifer for a two week training camp, and came back a new relaxed, easy to walk dog. But still the same lovable, sweet, fun loving qualities remained. We’re working hard to keep the training going, and I have to admit, Ollie is so smart that he knows how to train us.

We adopted a one and a half year old intact male lab. He was anxious and destructive. We called Jennifer in a panic and she made room in her busy schedule to come to our home and devise a training plan for Henry. Feeling good.

Jennifer did a great job with my 2.5 year old rescue dog. He boarded with her for two weeks and she worked on not growling when something he shouldn’t have is taken from him, leash walking, and following commands. The training has held over and he is a much calmer easier pup!

Jennifer is very helpful, friendly and responsive. She was great with my dogs and I look forward to continuing to work with her. I love that she came to my house and it was one on one training. I would highly recommend especially if your dog has anxiety. She was able to calm my dog down instantly.

My 6 month old dog Bruno just finished up a three week board and train with Jennifer and the transformation in my little guy is nothing short of amazing. Prior to him going to “camp”, his behavior was pretty much out of control. I had tried a 6 week puppy obedience class which was helpful but requires a ton of at home follow up training. Working 2 jobs and caring for 3 kids under 4 years old made it pretty much impossible for me to dedicate the appropriate amount of time necessary to train my anxious, nippy, rambunctious pup. Jennifer was in touch often during his stay and sent many picture and video updates on his progress. Quite frankly, I was very anxious while he was away and had no idea what to expect when he came home. My Bruno came home confident, mellow, well balanced and obedient. All his problem behaviors have improved dramatically. I have no idea what kind of magic that woman preforms but I highly recommend her and her services. She was worth every penny and I am forever grateful.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is based on gaining a detailed summary of your dog, listening to your needs/training desires/dog behaviors. We discuss a plan moving forward & beginning training that day. Apts last 1.5-2 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained old school. I was trained before shock collars were used on house dogs (they were invented for hunting dogs origionally) I was trained to analyze a dog quite quickly by be able to access their behavior & problem areas & then address & assist then for change. I was trained to gain the dogs brain & help them gain confidance.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised in the field. Grandfather was a groomer & judge. Mother was a groomer & breeder. I became the trainer in the family. I've been directly involved with hands on dog work since I was age 5.
