I have 40 years of experience training service dogs and the common house dog. In my service dog side, I specialize in dogs that help folks with balance, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I also train common house dogs with behavior issues, leash walking, excessive barking, nervous/anxious behavior, fear of infants,toddlers, and small children, to name a few. I also have a well-behaved pack to assist me in training proper dog on dog behavior. I love working with dogs. I've done it my entire life, and I wouldn't have life any other way. I also really enjoy the education of humans and how to help them better understand their dog. I love the "Ahhh-Haha" moments when a human gets how to help and assist their own dog. I just can't get enough of happy dogs and happy humans. My reviews truly speak to my experience, communication skills, training experience, and value in my field, with the exception of a few wonky ones. humans can be wonky, to put it kindly!!! Getting to know Jennifer was an awesome experience! She came to the house and evaluated my new puppy and addressed all my concerns. We did get some good tips which have helped with her pulling on the walks. Her suggestion of walking around the outside of the dog park has helped with some of her anxiety. Jennifer has been responsive when we've reached out for additional help.

Jennifer clearly loves dogs and it is great to see how responsive they are to her. She also had very promising suggestions for encouraging our sweet rescue (from a hoarding situation) dog, Sandy. awe are eager to follow her suggestions and optimistic about the outcomes.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is based on gaining a detailed summary of your dog, listening to your needs/training desires/dog behaviors. We discuss a plan moving forward & beginning training that day. Apts last 1.5-2 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go to their home. I learn everything about the dog and access the dog. We set up a training plan from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained old school. I was trained before shock collars were used on house dogs (they were invented for hunting dogs origionally) I was trained to analyze a dog quite quickly by be able to access their behavior & problem areas & then address & assist then for change. I was trained to gain the dogs brain & help them gain confidance.
