My approach blends strength training, mobility, Pilates-inspired movement, yoga, and functional training to create sustainable routines that support both physical and mental wellness. I believe movement should feel empowering, realistic, and adaptable to real life-not all or nothing.
Alongside private personal training and yoga services, I am also offering private mat Pilates sessions as part of my training hours through the Balanced Body Pilates certification program.
