We offer private personal training, private yoga, memberships include personalized nutrition guidance and extended access to your coaches along the way! Hi Friends! I’m Julie, a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and fellow human that knows what it's like to want the perfect body but sometimes life just gets in the way... I know what it’s like to have to make it through the day with caffeine To want change but not know how to get there To walk into Whole Foods overwhelmed on what is even healthy anymore, gluten free? Dairy free? Low fat? Maybe low carb? I get it, I mean I really get it more than you even know. AND I’m here to help you. I want to help you simplify your nutrition, become the master of your own body and the way you move it, and achieve the body and life you are incredibly proud of. A little background on me and how I got to where I am today… My path has allowed me to learn the science behind how the body works, all it’s anatomy, and physiology, and how everything divinely functions as one. Through my education in dental science and dental hygiene, I have seen patients with various lifestyle diseases, chronic illnesses, and most of all stress-related illnesses brought on by our go-go society and disconnection from our own minds and bodies. I believe to my core that movement is the medicine of life, and the first way to bring a deeper awareness to mind body connection, a vital piece in healing. That’s why I have dedicated my life and career to MOVEMENT, and became a NASM CPT in 2017, and completed my yoga teacher training in the magical Sedona, Arizona. My approach to MOVEMENT through personal training and teaching yoga is simple, my intention is to give each client the space to show up for themselves each week, to be connected the hour were together with their own body, to always do what feels right in their body, to create the space for each student to discover themselves- so you know when you a challenge and know when you need to chill out. I offer various different packages including, group strength training classes, group yoga classes, 1:1 personal training sessions, and 1:1 private yoga sessions. I have been training with Julie virtually for the past 3 months. I have been pretty active most of my life but needed help and structure with my nutrition and wanted to get fit and gain muscle after some health complications. I have already lost inches in my waist which has been a trouble area for me all my life and seeing changes in my body!     In our virtual personal training and yoga studio we always work to give our clients the best package and price possible while providing services that are most geared towards the results they are looking to achieve.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When working with a new client I always start by having them fill out a form to get more information on them and then schedule a time to have a discovery call to get to know each client on a deeper level and find out what they are looking for, their goals, and what the best package and program is most geared towards their results they desire.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    NASM Certified Personal Trainer Registered Yoga Teacher American Red Cross CPR/AED Certified Mind Body Fitness Certified *our studio is fully insured and operational- so each client can feel safe and ready to hit their goals whether they are joining us for yoga or personal training!
