A little about me and my holistic approach to health and fitness:
I’m Julie, a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and fellow human that knows what it's like to want the perfect body, want to lose weight, want to feel better inside and out but sometimes life just gets in the way...
Life is noisy Consistency is hard Dedication is hard
That is why I am here, to hold space for you to show up in your life in the way you desire and to make the choice to put yourself first!
I know what it’s like to have to make it through the day with caffeine To want change but not know how to get there To walk into Whole Foods overwhelmed on what is even healthy anymore, gluten free? Dairy free? Low fat? Maybe low carb?
I get it, I mean I really get it more than you even know.
AND I’m here to help you.
I want to help you simplify your nutrition, become the master of your own body and the way you move it, and achieve the body and life you are incredibly proud of.
A little background on me and how I got to where I am today…
My path has allowed me to learn the science behind how the body works, all it’s anatomy, and physiology, and how everything divinely functions as one. Through my education in dental science and dental hygiene, I have seen patients with various lifestyle diseases, chronic illnesses, and most of all stress-related illnesses brought on by our go-go society and disconnection from our own minds and bodies.
I believe to my core that movement is the medicine of life, and the first way to bring a deeper awareness to mind body connection, a vital piece in healing. That’s why I have dedicated my life and career to MOVEMENT, and became a NASM CPT, a 300hr RYT, holistic nutritionist, and human movement specialist.
My approach to MOVEMENT through personal training and teaching yoga is simple, my intention is to give each client the space to show up for themselves each week, to be connected the hour were together with their own body, to always do what feels right in their body, to create the space for each client to discover themselves- so you know when you a challenge and know when you need to chill out.
I offer various different packages including 1:1 personal training sessions, and 1:1 private yoga sessions, and movement lab on demand membership.

My private sessions are designed to incorporate strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental endurance all in one, each customized to help you get the most out of every session.
