Hi, I’m Julie-a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and Pilates instructor in training through Balanced Body, passionate about helping people feel stronger, more energized, and more connected to their bodies. My approach blends strength training, mobility, Pilates-inspired movement, yoga, and functional training to create sustainable routines that support both physical and mental wellness. I believe movement should feel empowering, realistic, and adaptable to real life-not all or nothing. Alongside private personal training and yoga services, I am also offering private mat Pilates sessions as part of my training hours through the Balanced Body Pilates certification program. PRIVATE MAT PILATES ✨ This is for you if you: • want to strengthen your core • improve posture and alignment • tone without high impact • improve stability, balance, and control • reconnect to your body through mindful movement The essence: Low-impact intentional movement focused on deep core activation, breathwork, mobility, posture, and body awareness. YOGA ✨ This is for you if you: • want to improve flexibility and mobility • reduce stress and tension • move more mindfully • improve recovery and nervous system support • create more balance physically and mentally The essence: Grounding movement, breathwork, mobility, strength, and mindfulness designed to help you feel calmer, stronger, and more connected. PRIVATE TRAINING OPTIONS ✨ 30 Minute Sessions Best for: • busy schedules • beginners building consistency • quick strength, core, Pilates, or mobility sessions • accountability without a huge time commitment 1x weekly — $180/mo 2x weekly — $340/mo 3x weekly — $480/mo 45 Minute Sessions Best for: • balanced strength + conditioning workouts • busy professionals/parents • clients wanting structure and progression • hybrid strength, Pilates, and mobility training 1x weekly — $260/mo 2x weekly — $500/mo 3x weekly — $720/mo 60 Minute Sessions Best for: • full-body transformation goals • personalized coaching and support • strength, mobility, recovery, and progression • clients wanting a more comprehensive training experience 1x weekly — $320/mo 2x weekly — $620/mo 3x weekly — $900/mo Optional Add-On: Nutrition Coaching + Accountability +$50–100/mo depending on support level Thank you for your interest in working with me! Working with Julie has been the missing piece I've needed in my wellness journey! She’s like a burst of sunshine, always positive and upbeat. I was really struggling to get on board with taking care of my physical health, but she made it feel within my reach. Julie’s fantastic at what she does. She listens to my limits and needs and finds the best way to work within what I'm able to do. I was recently diagnosed with lipoedema, she didn’t miss a beat. She adapted our sessions with moves that work with the lipodema and not against it. She’s super communicative, always just a text away, and flexible with scheduling our sessions. If she can motivate me, she can motivate anyone. I couldn’t recommend her enough she is a gem and a huge part of my wellness journey. Thank you Julie for helping me get back to being me again!

Julie is the best Yoga instructor hands-down (and up and behind your head and stretched out and pointed at the ceiling and swept behind you and…) 😝 She is always willing to work with the particular situation we find ourselves in, be it on schedule or physical ability on the day or accommodating surgeries or other variances of life.

My girlfriend and I reached out to Julie for one on one training in our home gym. Julie was and is super responsive and very clear when explaining how the process and payments work. My girlfriend sees her twice a week now and we absolutely love her! She provides above and beyond follow ups and instructions and so on, to keep you on your path to success!
