Our pricing is very standardized and listed in the projects section. There will never be any upcharges or upsells unless additional service is requested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to get on a phone call and see what the problem at hand is. After that we will walk you through our options to see what service fits you best. Next we will send you over some information to further prepare you for your inspection!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a company for contractors, mold remediators and real estate agents who needed reliable mold testing for all of their ventures. We all came together and used all of our skills and experience from years in all these industries with the goal of creating the most reliable, independent mold testing service there is. We wont just give you a yes or no, we will provide in depth detail on your home where there are problem areas and potential issues down the road based on ventilation and insulation etc.
