Alex is truly a pro! He evidently diagnosed the problem based on my description and brought the required replacement part. He made sure to test the grill and had me test it before he left. Aliaksei was very easy to work with. He was very responsive when gettin pricing and setting up a date to have our grill cleaned. He came on time and well prepared. Aliaksei did an amazing job cleaning our grill, looks almost like new! We will definitely hire him again
