Can't really rate the experience because Rod never responded back to my messages. The project was not done/completed and he never showed up yet when I look in the Thumbtack app it appears that somehow someone marked it as complete. He missed the first target date and tried to reschedule but that never happened. Could be a flaw in the app or he was just too busy.
