- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be affordable and transparent. Because we focus on cosmetic upgrades instead of full structural remodeling, our costs are often less than half the price of traditional remodeling. We work efficiently and avoid unnecessary permit delays, which helps keep the price lower for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and fast. First, we speak with the customer to understand what they want to upgrade. Then we schedule a quick visit to look at the space and provide a clear estimate with ideas to improve the area while keeping costs low. Once the customer approves the project, we schedule the work right away. We focus on cosmetic upgrades that can be completed quickly and professionally. Most projects move fast, and we keep the customer informed during the process. When the job is finished, we walk through the work with the customer to make sure they are happy. All work is backed by a 1-year warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience in home improvement and cosmetic remodeling. My training comes from working directly in the field on projects such as drywall, painting, flooring, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and general property improvements. Over the years I’ve developed strong skills in efficient renovation methods that help homeowners upgrade their spaces quickly and affordably. I stay focused on quality workmanship, proper installation techniques, and professional results. I am also registered, licensed, and insured, and all work is completed according to professional standards.
