Alex did an amazing job on a challenging series of door and window installations in my older home where nothing is “standard” and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. When I had questions or concerns he made sure to take them seriously and address them. He was very punctual. Always showed up when he said he would (and that’s a big deal for a contractor to do).
