They were very professional. Explained the work they would do. Did not charge me for stain and sealant they had in hand and were able to use. Sent pictures immediately. Cleaned up after themselves. Alex was wonderful. He arrived right on time and quickly finished repairing a broken basement stair and mounting our TV. The stair is better than I thought it could be - he took the time to match it perfectly to the other (100 year old and well worn) stairs so it looks original. We’ve already hired him again.
