Hypnosis REALLY works! Finally, at my wits end, and having bitten and picked at my fingernails and cuticles since I can remember (over 40 years), I decided to try hypnosis to try to stop this embarrassing habit. I was so embarrassed to draw any attention to my hands. Though disappointed that the first session resulted in no change that I could sense, after returning to Richard for a second session a week later, I am totally blown away!!! Since then I have had absolutely NO urges to attack my nails or skin around them. I am just amazed, and wish now that I had tried this long before now. One month, and a manicure later, my hands look great and I can finally wear my grandmother's diamond engagement ring! Expect to give it a second chance if it doesn't work the first time. Hypnosis worked for me!Jun 23, 2011
